1. How long do I need to wait for the shipping process?

After you place your order, we need to notify the factory to make them specifically for you, so it will take some time to process your order.

Of course, you can select expedited shipping when paying the shipping fee, which will allow you to receive your goods faster. After each item is shipped, you will receive an order notification email so you can track your order.

We will indicate the estimated arrival time of your order on the product page. To ensure timely delivery of your goods, please carefully check the time before placing your order. If you purchase multiple items, we may ship them to you in batches. We value the quality of each dress and thank you for your patience while processing your order.

2. How much do I need to pay for shipping?

We currently offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, representing different prices and speeds:

Standard Shipping: A more affordable option, but with a slightly longer transit time. 
Expedited Shipping: A faster option, but with a slightly higher cost. 
We will consider your chosen shipping method and any notes you may have for us when selecting a shipping channel. Our carriers include USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Delivery times typically vary depending on your location.

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service, it's usually between 6-10 business days.

Standard Shipping Time: (5-8 business days)

Shipping Cost: $14.99

Expedited Shipping Time: (3-5 business days)

Shipping Cost: $29.99

*Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

3. How do I track my order?

①Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which is usually valid within 36 hours.

②Please note that the tracking number may be delayed during holidays. If this happens, please contact our customer service for assistance.

4. Do I need to pay sales tax for my order?

When you purchase our products, the price you pay does not include taxes and fees. Depending on the state or territory you specify, you may be required to pay import duties, government taxes, or other similar charges. You are responsible for these taxes and fees.
