Order Cancellation Policy

We consider it very important to create and deliver special occasion gowns for you, so once you place your order, we will place the order and begin production ASAP. We cannot reuse fabric from gowns that have already begun production. If order is still processing, we may be able to cancel it, but once shipment has begun, cancellation is not possible.

1. Order Cancellation Details

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a full refund, including 100% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

Within 24-48 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a partial refund, including 80% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

After 48 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a partial refund, including 60% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

After the order has shipped: Eligible for a partial refund, including 50% of the purchase price,, excluding shipping costs.

2. Custom Orders

Due to the special nature of custom orders, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, we will no longer accept any return requests for custom orders. Cancellations of custom orders are eligible for an 80% refund plus full shipping costs.
