Order Cancellation Policy

We consider it very important to create and deliver special occasion gowns for you, so once you place your order, we will place the order and begin production ASAP. We cannot reuse fabric from gowns that have already begun production. If order is still processing, we may be able to cancel the order and refund the shipping fee; however, once shipment has begun, the shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation Details

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a full refund, including 100% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

Within 24-48 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a partial refund, including 80% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

After 48 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a partial refund, including 65% of the purchase price and full shipping costs.

After the order has shipped: Eligible for a partial refund, including 50% of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
