We are honored that you shop at Girlswill. To enhance your shopping experience, we have developed a detailed refund and return policy for your reference.
*Our products are all brand new, unopened, and never used, in their original packaging.
Return Policy
1. Within 14 days of order receipt: Within this period, we accept returns and exchanges for quality issues. Please take photos of the front and back of the dress, as well as close-up photos of the quality problem, and send them to us. If there is no quality issue, we will suggest you keep the product. If you insist on returning it, we will deduct shipping costs and a 15% handling fee from the refund.
2. After 14 days of order receipt: We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days from the date of order receipt.
3. Custom-sized orders: Custom-sized orders are made individually for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a major quality issue.
Return Process Details:
① Please keep the item in its original condition, ensuring it has not been used or worn.
② Package the item in its original packaging and retain the original tags.
③ Contact us at: service@girlswill.com.
④ If your return is approved, we will send you the return address, return shipping cost information, package mailing address, and shipping method.
*Please note that items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we support exchanges.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will proceed to the next step, deciding how to handle it based on the specific circumstances:
① If the exchange price plus shipping cost is higher than the original price, you will need to pay the difference, return the original product, and we will ship you a new product;
② If the exchange price plus shipping cost is lower than the original price, we will refund the difference, please return the original product, and we will ship you a new product;

Defective Products
We will accept returns of defective products (no handling fees, and a full refund).
Girlswill will cover all return costs if the product has the following quality issues:
① Damage to any part of the clothing
② Incorrect size
③ Missing accessories from the same order
④ Incorrect style
⑤ Seriously inconsistent with the picture
⑥ Stains that are difficult to remove
⑦ Obvious marks and scratches that are difficult to remove
If you encounter any issues listed or not listed above, please contact us via email (service@girlswill.com) for assistance.
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are intact. If there are any defects (including damage, product errors, etc.), please contact us immediately at service@girlswill.com. We will conduct a detailed assessment of the situation and assist you in resolving it appropriately. In this case, you will not need to pay any handling fees, and we will refund all costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once your refund request is accepted, the refund will typically be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please check it.
