*Our products are all brand new, unopened, and never used, in their original packaging.
Return Policy
1. Within 14 days of order receipt
Within this period, we accept returns for quality issues. Please take photos of the front and back of the dress, as well as close-up photos of the quality problem, and send them to us.
If there is no quality issue, we will suggest you keep the product. We will offer your reimbursement if you keep the dress and make adjustments locally. If you insist on returning it, we will deduct shipping costs and a 10% handling fee from the refund.
2. After 14 days of order receipt
We will not accept any returns after 14 days from the date of order receipt.
3. Return Process
① Please keep the item in its original condition, ensuring it has not been used or worn.
② Package the item in its original packaging and retain the original tags.

④ If your return is approved, we will send you the return address, return shipping cost information, package mailing address, and shipping method.
4. Custom Size
We provide complimentary custom sizing on all our dresses. To ensure an ideal fit, we encourage you to select the custom size option.
Each custom dress is individually crafted based on the specific measurements (bust, waist, hips, and height) you submit. Consequently, the finished garment is unique to you. For this reason, all custom-size orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present. Please double-check your submitted measurements and color selection carefully.
As custom items are made exclusively for you, returns are only accepted for quality-related issues. Kindly confirm your chosen color, style, and all measurements within 24 hours of completing your payment.

Refund Time

Exchange Policy
Girlswill will accept exchange product if the product has the following quality issues:
① Damage to any part of the clothing
② Incorrect size
③ Missing accessories from the same order
④ Incorrect style
⑤ Seriously inconsistent with the picture
⑥ Stains that are difficult to remove
⑦ Obvious marks and scratches that are difficult to remove
