1. What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept credit cards and PayPal for your orders.
2. How far in advance should I order?
Due to the special nature of formal wear, we need time for production and shipping. We generally recommend ordering 30-40 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
3. Can I buy more and keep one?
Sorry, we do not support the "buy more, keep one" service. However, if you have purchased multiple items and need to return or refund any of them, please contact us and we will process it according to our return & refund policy.
4. How do I determine my size?
You can click on the size guide (two tables) on our product details page:
Table ①: Fits your body shape based on waist, bust, hip, and length
Table ②: Fits your body shape based on your height and weight
You can also match both tables to determine the most suitable size for you. We believe this will be more accurate.
5. What should I do if my size falls between two sizes?
In this case, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size, as it will give you more room for adjustment.
6. How long will it take to receive my package after I place my order?
You can check the estimated delivery time on the product details page, or refer to the delivery time information in our shipping policy.
7. If I choose the "Expedited Shipping" service, how much sooner will I receive my package compared to "Standard Shipping"?
The exact lead time will vary depending on your location. On average, you will receive your package 2-3 days earlier.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
We can change your shipping address free of charge before we ship your order. If your package has already been shipped, please contact our customer service email address service@girlswill.com. We will check with the logistics company to see if a different delivery address can be made, and inform you of the result. Please note that you will be responsible for any changes to the delivery address in this case.
9. How do I track my order?
You can register and log in to view your order, or check the order details we sent you after you placed your order. You can obtain a tracking number through either of these methods so you can check the progress of your order at any time.
10. Can I cancel my order after placing it, and what will I pay if I cancel?

11. What if my package is delayed?
Due to holidays or force majeure events (customs clearance, natural disasters, logistics strikes, etc.), your package may be delayed. However, please rest assured that package delays are rare, and in most cases, we can deliver your order on time. If you do experience a package delay, please contact our customer service email service@girlswill.com, and we will assist you.
12. If I am not satisfied with my package after receiving it, can I return it, and how do I apply?
We support reasonable return requests from our customers. For detailed return policy, please refer to: return & refund policy
13. If I need minor alterations after receiving my package, can I apply for the resulting tailoring fees?
For reasonable minor alterations, we are willing to reimburse a portion of the cost to ensure the dress fits you better. Please inquire with our customer service email service@girlswill.com for details.
14. How long will it take to receive my refund after my return or refund request is approved?
Once your return or refund request is approved, we will process it for you as soon as possible, and the payment will be returned to your payment account within 7 days. If you have not received it after 7 days, please contact our customer service email service@girlswill.com, and we will handle it for you.
15. How should I clean my dress?
All dresses and fabrics are dry clean only. Do not machine wash. Only use a household steam iron if there are wrinkles. However, we strongly recommend that you hang them in the bathroom while taking a hot shower. The steam is sufficient to remove wrinkles.
